We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders. You only pay for the jewellery you ordered, no hidden extras.

Free Delivery may take from 4 to 7 working days although we endeavour to send your order as soon as we receive your request, this covers the time it takes for Royal Mail to deliver.

Please note:  Delivery times are extended on public holidays as these days will be treated as a Sunday. 


Some items may not have the option for Express Delivery due to the time it takes to make them, so we will try to deliver within the Standard Delivery time. If there is a delay with this we will inform you as soon as possible.


 Items with a value above £500, may require a higher shipping cost to cover for Insurance. We will contact you if required.


WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We currently ship to most European countries, US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. If you would like to have an item shipped to another country please contact us.


We use DHL or PARCEL FORCE for worldwide shipping, this ensures your item is in safe hands and insured. Tracking details will be provided.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Our Aim:

We always aim to keep our customers happy with our service. If you receive something that isn't as you thought it would be then we can exchange or refund your item with as little inconvenience as possible. We aim to provide a high standard service when you buy online, and want our customers to return with the trust that we will provide a fair and honest service.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations:

According to The Consumer Contracts Regulations, Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

If when your parcel is delivered you feel it looks damaged in any way then please do not accept it. Once you have accepted your delivery we will consider that your parcel arrived undamaged upon receipt. We must stress that products remain your responsibility and property until they have been received by us.

There are some goods you can't return if you simply change your mind, including:

  • Tailor-made or personalised goods such as engraved, resized or any other change made to an item upon a customer request
  • Earrings or any pierced items
  • Items that have been worn-  Please note, we are not able to accept returns on jewellery that has been worn for reasons of hygiene (except in the case of a manufacturing fault or error). We ask you to verify that the purchase is suitable before wearing the item so that you may return the item if necessary.
  • We cannot refund any items which show signs of wear, damage through transit or otherwise, or alterations of any type.
  • We cannot exchange or fully refund items which have been partially refunded after the customer received the item, and the customer has decided to keep the item and take the partial refund. Once the item is partially refunded, the customer has accepted the item as is, and no further refund/exchange will be applied.

Cancellation Process:

Step 1:

You must notify us in writing if your wish to cancel your order any time after it has been placed up until 14 days from the day after you received you order by emailing us at info@finejewellerylondon.co.uk

Step 2:

On receipt of your notice of cancellation, we will contact you to complete the cancellation and provide you with the return address details.

 

Step 3:

Return the goods to us:

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them back. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
Cost of return: Unless the item is proved to be faulty, you will need to bear the cost of return. If returning a faulty item, please enclose the shipping cost receipt with the item being returned, to obtain return costs refund.

Step 4:

Refund or exchange processing:

Once we receive your returned item and it has been approved, your refund or new item will be processed within 48hours. Please note refunds can take up to seven to ten days to appear on your credit or debit card statement.

 

Items with precious gemstones, diamonds, pearls and Gold, will need to be inspected prior to a refund or exchange being issued, this may take longer to refund or exchange.


In order for an item to be approved for refund please ensure that the items you order are suitable before wearing them as we are unable to refund or exchange any items that have been worn under our returns policy.
